Obituary of James Maher

Peacefully, surrounded by his family at London Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, April 16th 2014 James (Jim) Maher in his 67th year. Cherished son of the late John and Donella Maher. Devoted and loving father of Jessie Maher. Dear brother of the late Edward Maher, the late Phillip Maher, Joe Maher and his wife Marilyn and Terry Maher (Jasmine). Dear brother in law of Irene Maher. Long time friend of Margaret. Loved uncle of Leo, Paul, Maureen, Joseph, Chris, Angie, Mick, Alison, Jo-Anne, Kelly, Brent, Michael and their families. Jim was a long time employee of Club House Foods Canada and will be fondly remembered by his many friends and colleagues. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Monday, April 21st from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue at Richmond St on Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Donations to Community Living London, Special Olympics or L'Arche London would be appreciated.
