Dear Aunt Ulene's Family,
It is with a heavy heart that we send our deepest condolences to your family.
My memories of Aunt Ulene go back to grandma and grandpa Jeffrey's farm in Blake. It was always a happy place and your mom mad it that much brighter. I don't ever remember her without a smile and kiss on the cheek whenever we happened to be there at the same time.
Just thought I'd share something from my grocery shopping today. I went to the grocery store and couldn't help but look at the codes when buying our oranges. Too funny, there they were, the nicest looking orwnges of the bunch. Now the code was off a little, #4012, but for Gand Bend I figured it was close enough. Truth be known, I am really bad at buying oranges, never know which ones to pick up and now I don't have to worry any more thanks to your beautiful eulogy and your amazing mom.

What a wonderful tribute to your mother. I only knew her from her stay at Grandwood but, have fond memories of her pleasant smile and warm conversation whenever we would see her. Dear Ducharme Family ,
During my first year teaching , I met your family and have had the good fortune to be connected for more than five decades . The love , the laughter , the inclusiveness , the generosity and the faith have been remarkable and these qualities flowed so freely from your dear Mom ,Ulene , to you and to all of us who had the privilege to know you . I can only imagine the sadness you all feel today but I have confidence that your Mom's deep love will carry you through this time and all the days to follow . You are in her heart and she will never leave you alone .

Dear Pat
With you and your family, we are sincerely saddened by the news of your Mom’s death. While we can rejoice in the knowledge that Ulene has passed into the presence of her Lord, we understand that she has left a huge hole in the hearts of so many here on earth. Time will heal the pain, but it will never fill the hole.
Pat, we want you to know how much of an impact your family has made on ours. Nap and Ulene led a wonderful example of what family should be. They lived out life as Christ wanted it lived out - with humour, with love, with integrity, with compassion for others. We are so thankful to have known them. We look forward to the day when we will meet them again in Heaven.
Please express our deepest condolences to all of your extended family. We grieve and celebrate with you and we pray for you.
