Dear Mary and family,
Please accept my sincerest sympathies in the passing of Marty. He was a great friend to the Boyer family especially Mom and Dad; a friendly, fun-loving and gentle giant in the neighbourhood and a great help to the folks wrt their vehicles. Mom and Dad always spoke fondly of him and appreciated all you both did for them. He will be missed.

Heaven got a good one. I hope they are prepared for this wonderful man. His smile and warmth filled whatever space he occupied. A kind, fun loving generous man. Bunny and I were sharing some of the special memories we have of treasured times we had with this exceptional man. I feel truly blessed to have had some small part in his life. He will be missed. Dearest Mary: There are not enough words to express our love and admiration for Marty. He was so kind to everyone he met, and those people came to respect him for his tireless energy in helping out. Whether that was with fixing someone's auto problems, helping at Western football and other sporting events, sponsoring so many teams and individuals, hosting many events at your home. Marty was the type of man who would do anything for you. Him and Mary always loved me and treated me as one of their own. For that I am truly thankful and have become the woman I am today. Marty always "got me". He knew just what to do and just what to say. His kindness and gentleness had a magnitude like no other. He was a firm believer in following your dreams, doing what makes you happy and believing in yourself and community. He was an avid sports enthusiast and I spent many an evening watching baseball and football with him. How quickly I can recall these memories like they were yesterday is a true sign of how impactful his presence was. I will miss you Marty...and Mary you have an angel watching over you now.
