I am a professor in the School of Information Technology at Fanshawe College. I had the pleasure of having Jason as a student in both the introductory and the intermediate Java programming courses. He was an excellent student, and I still use one of his submitted programs as an exemplar to show my current students. I was saddened to learn of Jason's tragic passing. My condolences to the family on this sad occasion.

Though Jason and I did not hang out regularly, the times we did hang out, we had some great fun. I was completely shocked to hear the news. I know that all the tears and words in the world could never bring Jason back as much as we want them to...but I know more than ever that Jason's family and friends have great support to hold them up and God's love and comfort to see them all through. Jason is home now, he is safe in the arms of his Creator and we will all see him again. You will be gretly missed Jason. God bless you and your family and friends <3
