Payne, Michael Stephen After a short illness at L.H.S.C. University Hospital on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 Mike Payne in his 73rd year. Dear husband of Pat (Shea) Payne. Loving father of Tom, Margie Medeiros (Jose) and Bill. Predeceased by his daugher Cathy (2004). Proud papa of Joe and Luke. Brother of Patricia Clark (Ron), Brian Payne (Carmen) and Elaine Lillie (Barry). Uncle Mike will be missed by his numerous nieces and nephews. Mike leaves us Bridge champion, and is now enjoying a game of crib with his beloved daughter Cathy. Thank you to the fine care given at University Hospital I.C.U. and the support we received from our family and friends. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday evening from 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at The Chapel at Windermere on the Mount, 1486 Richmond Street N., on Friday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Joseph's Hospitality Centre (Soup Kitchen), ALS or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
