Obituary of Joyce Muriel Hannan

Hannan, Joyce Most kind and loving mom, grandma and great gramma. Peacefully on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 with family be her side after a brief battle with cancer Joyce Hannan in her 84th year. Joyce will be sadly missed by her devoted sons Dennis and Doug, friend and daughter-in-law Mary. Proud grandmother to David, Michael and Mark. Loving great grandmother of Zack, Kayla, Jackson and Jolene. Joyce is reunited with her mom Irene, brothers Charlie, Jack and Ken and sisters Vivian and Doris. Before her stroke in 2005 Joyce was stiff competition at the bridge table and a good friend of the one arm bandit. She was also a long time member and no stranger to the dance floor at the Victory Branch Legion. Many thanks to the kindness of the staff of 3rd floor St. Mary's, Mount Hope. Your care and compassion for mom and us through this difficult time will always be remembered. Visitors will b received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday, November 19th from 10 am until the time of the funeral service at 12 noon. Private family interment to follow.
