I would like to send my condolences to Mr. Howe's family. I was a student at Catholic Central from 1969 to 1973 and had Mr. Howe as a guidance counsellor. He was well loved and respected, and a great mentor. I remember him coaching the CCH football team and the year both the seniors and juniors won. It was great! I was very sad to hear this news about Mr. Howe. May all your memories of "Jack" be wonderful. May you laugh til you cry with tears of joy. Sincerely, Marian Price

I was fortunate to be a student and later a colleague of Jack's at C.C.H. He made an outstanding contribution to education in the City of London. He was a first class gentleman all the way. Sincere sympathies to Mrs. Howe, to his children and the entire Howe family.

Dear Mary Lou and Family Ron and I would like to send heartfelt condolences to you and let you know that you are in our hearts and prayers at this time. Unfortunately, we are in Mexico again this winter and will not be able to be present at tomorrow's Mass. If we were home, we would be there. "Mr. Howe" has been a person that we have loved and admired over the years and we will miss seeing him at church. But, he will remain in our memories forever. I would also like to speak on behalf of my family, the Howards from Oak Street. Your family and mine go away back. And, we have often remembered you fondly from Holy Cross days and then Catholic Central where Mr. Howe was, and always will be, one of the very finest teachers and a great Christian gentlemen. Sincerely.

Dear Mary and family: I'm sending my deepest condolences on the loss of your father. It's pretty tough to say final goodbyes to a parent. May you all be shored up at this difficult time by God's grace and look to the lifetime of memories that you had with your dad. What a blessing to have had him with you all these years! Kerri (travel-work companion of Mary)
