Obituary of Isabel Iris Wilks

Wilks Surrounded by family at the Dearness Home on Thursday, March 6, 2008, Isabel Iris (Evoy) Wilks in her 89th year. Predeceased by her husband Malcolm Wilks. Loved mother of Michael and his wife Betty-Anne of Nepean. Cheryl Tierney and her husband Fred of London and Penny Wilks and her partner Will Shepherd of Simcoe. Proud Nanny of Sean and Patty Tierney, Sheila and Darryl Kipping, Travis and Jennifer Wilks and Jesse and Kylie Wilks. Nanny Great of Jake, Zach, Nick, Matt, Chris, Mikey, Ethan and Nanny Belle of Ashley. Dear sister of Nelson Evoy and his wife Margaret, the late Robert Evoy, the late Morris Evoy and the late Elswood Evoy. Isabel will be sadly missed by her cousin Betty Milk and her best friend Ruby Brading. Visitors will be received at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Street (at Roosevelt), Ottawa, on Tuesday March 11, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock where the funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment in Capitol Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
