Obituary of Rocco Rossini

ROSSINI After a long and courageous battle with cancer, peacefully at his home with his family by his side on the day of his 50th wedding anniversary, September 28, 2007, Rocco Rossini at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Enza (nee D'Alessio). Cherished and deeply loved mentor to his children Marisa; and John and his wife Debbie. Devoted Grandpa to Lauren, Megan and Matthew. Dear brother of Antonio (Ada), Michele, Concetta and the late Father Celestino. Remembered by his sister-in-law Angela D'Alessio and brother-in-law Arduino Reali, and by many neices and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Saverio and Maria Lucia, and by his brother-in-law Michele D'Alessio and sister-in-law Rosetta Reali. Rocco was loved and respected by all who knew him and will be sadly missed. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 o'clock. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 345 Lyle Street at York Street on Tuesday morning October 2, 2007 at 11:00 o'clock. Entombment in the Holy Family Mausoleum at St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the St. Mary's Church Restoration Fund.
