Obituary of Gertrude Maynard

Maynard, Gertrude (nee Costain) With her daughters and their families at her side Gertrude passed away peacefully on December 1, 2013 at University Hospital, London in her 93rd year. Predeceased by husband Austin February 25, 1993, son Winston (Wes) April 16, 2002, grandson Michael July 2011, daughter-in-law Audrey February 25, 2012. Beloved mother of sons Floyd, Carl, Frank (Mary), daughters Barbara Ann (Ron), Maxine (Bob) and daughter-in-law Sharon. Proud grandmother and great grandmother of numerous grandchildren. Sole remaining sibling, her sister Mary Ellen (Ellie) Biggar of P.E.I. A private service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd at John T. Donohue Funeral Home. Burial was at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
