Obituary of Jeannette Koziel

KOZIEL Peacefully with family by her bedside, at Extendicare Nursing Home, London, on July 21, 2007 after a struggle with illness, E. Jeannette Koziel (Pelacek) (retried Bell Employee). Dearly loved wife of the late Matthew Frank Koziel (2005). Cherished daughter of the late Peter and Anna Pelacek. Survived by her loving sister Lorraine Turecky (Russell) of St. Clair, MI, by her devoted sister Helen McManus (Robert) of London and by her dear sister-in-law Carol Pelacek. Predeceased by her brother Don Pelacek. Sadly missed by several neices and nephews and great neices and nephews. Friends will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Monday from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 o'clock. The Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Czestekowa, 419 Hill Street, London on Tuesday July 24, 2007 at 12:00 Noon. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery. Our sincere thank you to the wonderful and compassionate care of the staff of 3rd floor Extendicare given to Jeannette and to the nurses and doctors of 4 inpatients at the University Hospital for their excellent care. In lieu of flowers, donations to Cardiac Rehabilitation LHSC, Westminster Campus in care of Dr. Larry Patrick, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated.
