Obituary of Kathleen Mary Davis

Davis Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Marian Villa on Saturday August 5, 2006 Kathleen Mary Davis at the age of 85. Devoted wife of the late Osmund H. Davis (2005). Loving mother of Maureen and David Hillaby of London, Sheila Davis of London and Mary Davis and Marty Collier of Toronto. Proud grandmother of Leila Davis and Olivia Hillaby. "Special grandma" to Alexandra Georgelos. Kathleen was born in Ireland and emigrated to Canada in 1955 where she married and lovingly raised her daughters and helped to raise her eldest granddaughter. Kathleen was a kind and nurturing woman. Her Irish wit and charm was greatly enjoyed by all who knew her. She will be dearly missed by her family in England and Ireland. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Peter's Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue on Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Tuesday evening at 7:30 o'clock. In lieu of flowers donations to Marian Villa C/O Mount Hope Centre for Long Term Care or Alzheimer Outreach Services of McCormack Home Foundation (AOS) would be appreciated.
