Hi Tony, Domenic, and Michelle It seems like yesterday that Cathy and I were solving the worlds problems. Cathy's many stories of her family were wonderful to hear. She had some good ones. I remember the time I wanted to know how to cure proscuito and she said you guys would do one for me. It was the best I've ever eaten. And her tomato sauce and sausages and whatever. Even a bottle of wine. I think of her often. My heart felt blessings, prayers and love to you all. John
