Obituary of Roy Leslie Chaffey

Chaffey Roy Chaffey in his 78th year on Friday October 28, 2005, surrounded by his loving family. Roy devoted and loving husband of 52 years to Laura Chaffey. Proud father of Peter Chaffey and wife Lisa, Joanne Jones and her husband Peter. Cherished "poppa" of Heather Lynn and Katherine Jones. Very proud "great poppa" to his Boo-Boo, Kaitlyn. Dear brother of Lionel of Nova Scotia, Sylvia of Montreal, Edward of Montreal and Everett of Ottawa. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Special friend to Don Brankley "Branks". Roy was a faithful and loyal London Knights and Montreal Canadiens hockey fan. Roy will be greatly missed by many devoted and loyal family friends. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Justin's Church, 855 Jalna Boulevard, on Monday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Sunday evening at 7 o'clock. Donations to the St. Justin's Church Memorial Fund or the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
