Obituary of Matthew Frank Koziel

KOZIEL I, Jeannette Koziel (Pelacek), with great sorrow announce the passing of my beloved husband Matt, on Saturday, April 2, 2005 at the Palliative Care Unit at L.H.S.C. Victoria Campus, in his 80th year. Dearest son of the late Mary (2001) and Vincent Koziel (1978). Loving son-in-law of the late Anna (1991) and Peter Pelacek (1982). Dearest brother -in-law of Lorraine and Russell Turecky, St. Clair Michigan, Helen and Robert McManus, of London, Carol Pelacek and her late husband Don (2002). Also survived by many nieces and nephews in Canada and United States and cousins in Canada and Poland. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Monday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 419 Hill Street on Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Monday evening at 8 o'clock. Donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
