Obituary of Joseph Lawrence Hamilton

Hamilton Suddenly at London Health Sciences Centre - University Hospital on Saturday, December 3, 2011, Joseph Lawrence Hamilton in his 80th year. Beloved best friend and husband for 54 years of Gisele Hamilton. Loving father of Larry (Cheryl) of Kitchener, Murray (Cindy) of Montreal, Judy Devlin (Peter) of Ottawa and Paul (Jacquie) of London. Dear grandfather of Nicole, John, Danielle, Laura, Paul, Mark, Taylor, Anne, Matthew, James and Mary. Dear brother of Elizabeth and Ann Hamilton of Smiths Falls, On. Dear brother-in-law of Suzanne Seguin (Claude) of Greely, On. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in the Ottawa area. Lawrence worked for C.P. Rail for 39 years before retiring in 1987. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Tuesday, December 6 from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael's Church, 511 Cheapside Street on Wednesday morning, December 7 at 11:30 o'clock. Cremation with interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Tuesday evening at 7 o'clock. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
