Obituary of Tommaso Spagnuolo

Spagnuolo Passed away peacefully at LHSC University Hospital on January 10, 2008, Tommaso Spagnuolo in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Maria for over 48 years. Loving father of Giulio (Jacqueline) Spagnuolo. Cherished Nonno of Thomas, Nicolas and Gabriel. Predeceased by his son Frank (2001). Dear brother of Virginia, Rita and Paul, all of Italy. Predeceased by his brothers Francesco and Genoro and his sisters Teresa Dodaro and Sarafina Spagnuolo. Survived by his sisters- in-law Maria Spagnuolo of Milton and Tina Giunti of Italy, and by several nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy. Tommaso will be sadly missed by his family and by his many friends. The Spagnuolo family wishes to thank his caregivers at University Hospital. A special thank you to his personal family physician Dr. Muia. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 o'clock. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, 345 Lyle Street, on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. Entombment in Holy Family Mausoleum, St. Peter's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Mary's Church Restoration Fund or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
