Larry was raised in Montreal, Quebec. His career brought him to work for 35 years with Shell Oil in the east end of Montreal. Nothing brought greater happiness to him than the love of his grandchildren. He adored them. A proud, consistent, and courageous man, he was dearly loved and will be sadly missed. Our eternal gratitude to Dr. Rajgopal, his colleagues, the nursing staff at University Hospital, the CCAC, the medical staff at the LHSC Victoria campus, and the VON. But in particular the family wishes to express their thanks to Dr. Tom Freeman and Dr. Cejic of the Byron Medical Centre who led such a committed and organized effort on Larry's behalf throughout his struggle. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of flowers will be appreciated.
