Obituary of Fernande Cavallin

CAVALLIN It is with great sorrow the family announces the death of Fernande Cavallin who passed away on Monday, March 15th, 2004. Dear wife and life partner of Paul Cavallin for 40 years. Survived by sister Jeanne Rioux (Roger), and brothers Celeste Joseph (Therese), Alex Joseph (Lucienne), Arthur Joseph (Dorianne), Maurice Joseph. Predeceassed by Noella Chopp (Joe), Emile Joseph (Helene), Eva Fournier (Alphonse), Therese DelCol (Archie) and Andre Joseph. Dear sister-in-law to Assunta Manera (Tony), Andrea Cavallin (Maria), Pietro Cavallin (Maria), Rosina Pellizzari (Guiseppe), Margertia Bressan (Lucianno), Gemma Tonnin (Giovanni), Teresina Simionato (Artenio), Arimida Scapinello. Fern will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. She will always be remembered for her wonderful and gracious hospitality, her deep and loyal friendships and her warm sense of humour. Friends and family will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday, March 18th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, 345 Lyle Street, on Friday, March 19th at 10:30 am. Entombment in Holy Family Mausoleum, St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Thursday evening at 8:15 pm. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or charity of your choice.
