McCormick Suddenly in London on Monday, June 7, 2004 Father Joseph John McCormick, Roman Catholic Priest of the Diocese of London. Father McCormick was ordainded a priest on May 24, 1945 at St. Peter's Cathedral. He was the associate pastor of St. Mary's Parish, Tillsonburg, St. Mary's Church, London, Our Lady Help of Christians, Wallaceburg and was pastor of St. Anthony of Padua, Harrow, St. Anne Parish, Windsor, St. Mary's Parish, Tillsonburg and St. Michael Parish, London retiring on June 30, 1992. Predeceased by his sister Rita Macpherson, his brother Francis (Bud) McCormick and his nephew Leo Macpherson. Dear uncle of Paul (Anna) Macpherson of Harrow, John (Cathy) Macpherson of Harrow, Maryann Macpherson (Roland) of London, Patrick Macpherson of Windsor, Mark (Adrienne) McCormick of Port Franks, Dan (Paula) McCormick of Corunna, John (Jeannie) McCormick of Sarnia and Paula Marie (Rob) Parker of Sarnia. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London, on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Then to lie in state at St. Justin's Parish, 855 Jalna Blvd, London, on Thursday morning from 9 o'clock until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock, Most Reverend Ronald Peter Fabbro C.S.B. Bishop of London celebrant. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London. Prayers Wednesday evening at 8 o'clock.
