Kasza, Laszlo Istvan--Peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital, London, Ontario on July 27th, 2003 at the age of 75. Laszlo (Leslie), was born on December 16, 1927 in Szeged, Hungary. He emigrated to Canada shortly after leaving Hungary on New Year's Eve 1956/67 during the Hungarian Revolution, where he was an active Medical Officer. Laszlo was licensed as a Medical Doctor in 1960 in Canada. He practised Family Medicine for over 35 years. Beloved husband of Christina. Father of Leslie (spouse Colleen), Maureen, Monica (spouse David), Anthony (spouse Trish), and Andrew. Cherished grandfather of Evelina, Melanie, Isaiah, Sebastian, Rachel, Charlotte, Jacob and Liam, and great grandfather of Jonathan. Predeceased by his parents, brother and two sisters in Hungary. Laszlo's favorite saying in the Bible was the one Beatitude. "Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven." Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Peter's Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue, on Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Tuesday evening at 7:30 o'clock. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
