Obituary of Marie Clarke

Clarke It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Marie Clarke at University Hospital on Sunday, February 23, 2003. Marie was born in LaSalle, Ontario on July 23, 1924. Surrounded by her faithful family, Marie joined her beloved husband the late Harold Clarke (1984). Marie was much loved mother of Barbara and John Palmer, Richard and Marilyn Clarke, Nancy and Ken L'Heureaux and Bob and Lisa Clarke. Dear Mimi of Michael and Jen Palmer, Chad and Pamela Palmer, Fraser and MacKenzie Clarke, Brent and Pamela L'Heureux, Melanie, Daniel and Jeremy Clarke. Beloved sister of Lillian Rush of Allen Park, Michigan, Sister Mary Charbonneau of Windsor. Predeceased by her brothers Henry Mayrand, Tud Mayrand and Louis Charbonneau. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. the family acknowledges the love and joy brought to Marie by her many card playing friends throughout the city. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. John the Divine Church, 390 Baseline Road West, on Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Tuesday evening at 8 o'clock. Donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Marie's memory.
