Obituary of George Edwin Koenig

Koenig At his residence on October 30, 2002 George Edwin (Ed) dear husband of Patricia (Pat Duggan) in his 68th year, an electrical engineer with Ontario Hydro for over 36 years, retiring on November 2, 1992. Dear father of Janice Koenig and her husband Larry Berger, Wanda Bacon and her husband John. Dear grandfather of John, Diana, Mary Ann and James. Dear brother of Dorothy McKie and her husband Robert, Millie Krupp and her husband Dave. Also survived by many brothers and sisters in law, and severel nieces and nephews. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. George's Church, 1164 Commissioners Road W., on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery at 1o'clock. Prayers Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the St. George's Parish Building Fund would be appreciated. Ed was an avid golfer and tennis player at Greenhills Country Club. A special thanks to his sister in law Elaine Connolly and many friends.
