Obituary of Walter Kozak

Kozak Passed away peacefully at Versa Care Retirement Home on Sunday, June 30, 2002, Walter, beloved husband of the late Katherine ( Ewanski ) Kozak, in his 93rd year. Beloved father of Marlene Holmes and her husband Jack. Beloved grandfather of Cindy Crerar and her husband Ron and Sherry Savoie. Beloved great-grandfather of Shannon, Tricia and Samantha. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Streetat King Street, London on Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 o'clock where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock with Rev.
