Obituary of Lucien Paré

Paré, Lou It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Lucien (Lou) Paré on Monday, April 29, 2013 at the age of 80. He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife, Marilyn (nee O'Brien) of 55 years, his 5 sons Michael (Joanne) of Whitehorse, Yukon, Mark (Yvonne) of Overland Park, Kansas, Andrew (Maura), David (Deb) and Joe, all of London. He will also be sorely missed by his 9 grandchildren, Eric, Matthew, Jacob, Jillian, Natalie, Lucas, Alyssa, Jordan and Cole. Lou is survived by one brother, John (Mary) and sister-in-law Penny. He was predeceased by his parents Lucien and Bessie and brother Edmour. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday, May 3rd from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish, 777 Valetta Street, on Saturday morning, May 4th at 10 o'clock. Cremation with interment in St. Peter's Cemetery at a later date. Prayers Friday evening at 7 o'clock. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lou may be made to Community Living London or the Boys and Girls Club of London. Special thanks to staff of the ICU unit and 7th floor nurses at University Hospital for their very sensitive care.
