Obituary of Geraldine Lena McCaughey

McCaughey Passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 24, 2008 at London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital, Geraldine Lena McCaughey (nee Pelletier) in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Edward (2006). Dear mother of Madeline (Albert) McIntosh of St. Thomas, Lorraine Sinclair and Carol (Melvin) Carew, all of London. Predeceased by her daughter Alice Couture (2004). Mother in law of Richard Couture of Windsor. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Mark (Lisa) McIntosh of St Thomas, Daniel (Michelle) McIntosh of Mt. Brydges, Glen (Sarah) Sinclair and Heather (Jason) Knapp of London. Dear great-grandmother to Naomi, Hannah, Benjamin, Macy , Gillian, Malcolm, Faye and Callum. Survived by her sister Lizette Gilbey of Oakville and brother Roger (Alma) Pelletier of Brackendale, B.C. A special thank you to the staff at Chelsey Park Nursing Home, 5th Floor for the loving care they gave mom for the last 7 years. The Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Parish, 777 Valetta Street, on Saturday afternoon, January 26th at 1 o'clock. Cremation to follow.
