Obituary of David Wayne Lewis

Lewis Peacefully at home on Friday September 21, 2001 David Wayne Lewis survived by his wife Dee Lewis in his 63rd year. Father of David W. W. Lewis and his wife Kristen of London, Kailey Grujic and her husband Al of Tokyo, Susie Lewis of Costa Rica and Mary Liz Lewis of London. Son of Helen and Gord Lewis of London. Grandfather of Zachary Marko and Jose David. Brother of Douglas Lewis ans his wife Wendy of Marrickville. Son in law of Dr. Bob and Dinnie Greenway of London. Cremation has taken place. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King St., on Friday September 28, from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. A memorial funeral service will be held at Metropolitan United Church, 468 Wellinton Street, on Saturday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock. Donations to McCormick Home Foundation would be appreciated.
