Obituary of Ingrid Nina Phillips

Phillips Peacefully at her residence on Monday February 5, 2001 Ingrid Nina dear wife of the late Anthony Hugh Phillips in her 77th year. Dear mother of Peter Phillips of Toronto, Vic Phillips and his wife Helena of London, and Susan Phillips of Barrie. Dear grandmother of Shawn, Jennifer, Kimberly, and Stefanie. Dear sister of Lidia Judzikowski of Plymouth, PA. A special thank you to Parkwood Hospital Palliative Care Unit, the McCormick Home, and Dr. Dale Wilson for their care and attention. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo St., at King St., on Wednesday from 11 until 12 where the funeral service will be held at 12 noon. Cremation with interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to the Brian Tumour Foundation or the London Regional Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
