Peacefullly surrounded by his family at his residence on Thursday, October 5, 2000 Victor, dear husband of Mary (Feeney) Stillwell, in his 76th year. Dear father of Victoria Ann (Vicki) Beauprie and her husband Kenneth, Deacon Charles Alfred (Chuck) and his wife Brenda, Jennie Lynn Vassallo and her husband John. Dear grandfather of Douglas Beauprie and his wife Cathy, Theresa Churchill and her husband Todd, Charles Stillwell and his wife Nichola and Kristin Stillwell, Michael Mullis and friend Kate, Amanda and Richard Mullis. Dear step grandfather of Stephen, Gordon and John Vassallo. Dear great grandfather of Johnathan, Justin, Austin, Julie-Ann, Faith, and Kenneth. Dear brother of Marie O'Meara, Vera Bawden, and Marion Rutledge. Predeceased by his brothers James and Dennis Stillwell. Victor served in the R.C.A.F in Canada and Europe. Vic was a member of the steering committee formed in the late 1970's with the task of starting the London Chapter of Stroke Recovery Association. He became the first president of the new London Chapter, a position he occupied for a number of years. Vic also served on the SRA of Ontario board of directors for many years, following which he was appointed as an honourary director in recognition of his long service and dedication to the association. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Pius X Church, 777 Valetta Street on Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Memorial donations may be made to the London and District Stroke Recovery Association, 460 Egerton St. Unit 4, London, ON, N5W 3Z5
