Obituary of Reginald Henry Cooper
COOPER
Reginald ( Reg ) Cooper, fellow of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries, Public Administrator, LLD ( HC ) U.W.O. June 1974,
died on 8 May, 2000, after a brief illness, in
London Health Sciences Centre ( University
Campus). He was in his 91st year. He is predeceased by his wife of 56 years, Eileen
Gladys ( Shakespeare ) Cooper and his
sister Beatrice ( Cooper ) Shakespeare.
He is survived by his second beloved wife
Gussie Liersch ( Dundas ) ( Bradford ) Cooper,
his beloved daugher Eileen Lillian ( Cooper )
Cowling, wife of Colonel Richard Lee Cowling ( Ret ) CD BA., and his beloved son Ronald Francis Anthony Cooper BA., Husband of Johanne Christianne ( Richard ) Cooper. Also survived by his grandchildren Pamela
( Cowling ) and Samantha Coredlle and Erenne Dreyfus - Cooper and his great-grandchildren Brandon Webb and Tina
IRons, Aaron Webb, Corinna Cowling, Sonjua Colwing, Allysha Cowling and his great-great
grandson Bailey Webb. There will be no funeral home visitation. There will be a private
family interment service. A memorial service
will be held at St. George's Anglican Church
( Wharncliffe and Oxford )at 11 o'clock Saturday, May 13, 2000. The officiary will be Canon Sid Lupton. The service will be follow
the book of Common Prayer. A reception catered by the Anglican Church Women, will follow at St. George's Church Hall where guests may sign a memorial book. In lieu of flowers please send contributions to University Hospital Foundation Endowment Fund of charity of choice. ( Funeral Arrangements Entrusted to John T. Donohue Funeral Home, London ).
