Kotnik, August (Gus of Pat's Lunch) At Parkwood Hospital on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 August Kotnik in his 89th year. Dear husband of the late Martha Kotnik. Beloved father of Alan (Bonita) Kotnik, Kevin (Annette) Kotnik and Marlene Empey. Proud grandpa of Andrea (Sonny), Melissa (Steve), Katryna, Kaley, Kam and Kelly (Matt) and great grandpa of Olivia, Levi, Noah and Nicholas. Dear brother of Albin. Special thank you to Dr. Payne, Diana Yates and the nursing staff and team at Parkwood Hospital Complex Care. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday evening, February 14th from 7-9 o'clock, where the funeral service will be held on Friday morning at 10:30 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to Cancer Research c/o Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
