Obituary of Matilde Zufferli

RUCCHIN (Zufferli), Matilda- Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 13, 2013 at Extendicare at the age of 103. Beloved wife of the late Giuseppe (1987). Loving mother of Gildo (Clara) Rucchin, Amedeo (the late Dianna) Rucchin and the late Irma Terlicher (Alfonso) and Pasquale. Devoted Nonna of 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Dear mother-in-law of Maria Rucchin. Remembered by extended family in Italy. The family would like to thank the staff of 3rd floor Extendicare for their compassion and care. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home. 362 Waterloo Street at King Street on Thursday morning January 17, 2013 from 10 o'clock until the time of the Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock which will be celebrated at St. Peter's Cathedral Basilica, 196 Dufferin Ave. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery.
