Obituary of Eleanor Mary O'Meara

O'Meara, Eleanor Mary "May" (nee Ferris), died peacefully with family at her side in her 94th year on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Mount Hope Centre for Long-Term Care - St. Mary's. Predeceased by her husband Lorne O'Meara. Dear mother of Larry and Judy (Zack) Cernovsky. Loving grandmother to Abe. Dear sister of Sister Margaret Ferris CSJ, John (Joan) Ferris and sister in law of Mary Ferris. May is also survived by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister Eileen and by her brother Henry "Harry" Ferris. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street, London on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. Peter's Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue, London on Monday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer Society or a charity of choice would be appreciated.
