Obituary of Edward Thomas John Clarke

Clarke, E. Thomas John Thomas John Clarke passed away suddenly with his wife Gail by his side on Monday, May 28, 2012. Loving father of Amanda, Kenneth (Maria) and Sheila. Brother of Gene (Cathy) and brother-in-law of Edith. Cherished grandfather of Olivia, Kaley, Claireese, Christian, Kiera, Kieren, and Xiaoran. Stepfather of Susan (Tony) Evaschuk and Jeffrey Parker. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews and one particular little friend "Maddi." Predeceased by his first wife Bernice, his parents Edward John and Anna Maude (Thomas), son Guy and brother Marvin. Thomas was a principal with the London District Separate School Board for over forty years working in all areas of London, as well as Dorchester and Delaware. As a principal his passion was to have children read to him. As a retiree his passion was travelling, particularly out east with his brother and south to warmer climates. Visitation will be held at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Thursday, May 31st from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. George Church, 1164 Commissioners Road West, on Friday morning, June 1st at 11 o'clock. Cremation with interment at a later date. Prayers Thursday evening at 8:30.
