Di Ponio, Christina At Extendicare Nursing Home on Thursday, October 28, 2010 Christina Di Ponio in her 89th year. Beloved wife of Angelo Di Ponio. Dear mother of Tony and his wife Saveria Di Ponio. Cherished nonna of Angelo and Sabrina (Brandon Gale). Dear sister of Domenica Merucci (Elia). Predeceased by her sisters Antonia Merucci and Giuseppa Tambourini (Crescenzo DiCicco). Sister in law of Giovanni Merucci. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Friday, October 29th from 2-4 and 7-9 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, 345 Lyle Street, on Saturday morning, October 30 at 10:30 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
