Kathleen passed away after a double lung transplant in Toronto on Saturday, November 2, 2024 in her 58th year.   Proud mother of Taylor (Matthew) and Haley.  Adoring nana of Matteo, Miley, and Montez.  Dear sister of Darlene (Joe) Delmage, and late Larry Harper (Betty).  Predeceased by her parents Ron and Rose Smith.  Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Saturday, November 9 from 10 o'clock unitl the time of the funeral service at 12 noon. Donations to one of your favourite animal shelters would be appreciated.
