At LHSC University Hospital on Friday, August 16, 2024 Lydia Coleiro, in her 92nd year.  Beloved wife of the late Joseph Coleiro (2019).  Loving mother of Isabel and her husband George Borthwick, Mark and his wife Val Coleiro, Len and his wife Cathy Coleiro and Colin and his wife Shannon Coleiro.  She will be loving remembered by her eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.  Predeceased by her grandson Tyler Coleiro.  Dear sister of Frances (late Carl) Vella, Ralph (Vivian) Ellul, and Monica Davis.  Predeceased by her siblings May Ellul, Joseph Ellul and Carmen Balasis.  A special thank you to Wendy McEwen NP and the Palliative Care team at University Hospital. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Sunday, August 18  from 2 - 5 o'clock.  Funeral Mass will be held at St. Justin's Church, 855 Jalna Blvd, on Monday morning, August 19 at 10 o'clock.  Entombment in Holy Family Mausoleum, St. Peter's Cemetery on Monday afternoon at 2:30 pm.  Memorial contributions to the Tyler Coleiro 873 Foundation (etransfer to 873foundation@gmail.com) would be appreciated.
