Obituary of Mildred Geraldine Ezbeidy
Ezbeidy
After two years of serious kidney failure, Mildred Geraldine (Worrall) Ezbeidy died at Middlesex Terrace on Sunday March 2, 2003, age 85. Predeceased by her husband Stephen (1965) her parents Nicholas (1941) and Geraldine (Morkin) (1993) and her brother James (1967). Survived by her sister Margaret Kempster and her husband Ernest. Known to her nieces and nephews as "Aunt Baw" she was loved and now missed by Nicholas Corrie, Deena and Harry Dolan, Paul and Dawn Kempster, Faith Clark, and Julia and Ron Carney, and was a great aunt to many others. "Jerry" as she was known to friends worked on the switchboard at Bell, the Byron Telephone and finally at Westminster Hospital. Always quick with a friendly smile, she was easy to meet and appreciate as a kind and loveable human being. One of God's best. For any of us who needed a few extra bucks to see them through or a new jacket or pair of shoes, she was always an easy touch. She was our Aunty Baw. May God bless her and we pray that God creates many more like her. With heart felt gratitude we thank Debbie who nursed her daily for two years at home. To the caring staff at Middlesex Terrace. To Hospice volunteers Marilyn, Nancy, and especially Sharron. To the many doctors, nurses and officials who were always there for her when needed. To our Church whose ministerial commitment was worthy of God's love. Thank you all. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Tuesday afternoon from 2-4 o'clock. Funeral Mass at St. George's Church, 1164 Commissioners Road West, on Wednesday at 1:30 o'clock. Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
