I worked with Angie at Peterborough Housing Corporation. Angie and I became friends and walking partners at work. We also shared many good times outside of work hours, she had a passion for life and good times that was to be admired. How she loved her family and to share pictures and stories. She was so proud and excited to welcome her beautiful niece Alanna into this world and then later her niece Catalina. Sincere condolences to Angie's family and dear friends. I never met any of you but got to know her true and trusted friends and beautiful family she loved so dearly through the eyes of Angie. RIP dear Angie I will always remember your beautiful smile and warm loving personality

So very sad to hear this news. I worked with Angie at Peterborough Housing Corporation. Her and did many things together, restaurant visits, art shows. She came back for a visit and spent the weekend with me. We talked on the phon for awhile and lost touch. I have a few nice pictures of her. She will be missed. RIP Ange.

My deepest condolences to the Juarez family. I share in your profound loss and deep sense of grief and sorrow. I am shattered.
I am lucky to have known Angie. She was a shining light in this world. She grabbed the attention of everyone when she entered the room. She made us all better people. She was a leader, caring, compassionate, loved her family and friends relentlessly. She was so proud of her Mom, Dad, Shirley, Steve, Alex and bragged of every new milestone of her two little nieces.
She was always optimistic, witty, had a great sense of humour and always offered heartfelt advice.
She lead life by example and action. She taught me what it was to live a good life (good friends and family, a good meal, and human connections), and even in the last year and half, how to face adversity and not be afraid of passing on. Even when battling this awful disease, she travelled, went out with her friends, and would not let sickness limit her. She got the most out of life and lived with a joie de vivre.
Life is a darker place without her. I will always miss her. I would love paddle along side her again.

Having had the privilege of knowing Angie as both a mentor and a close friend, this passing comes at a great loss. Angie’s contributions to the communities she worked in and those individuals she has helped is vast and widespread and are still felt to this day and will continue to be felt because of the leadership and hard work of Angie. Angie’s intelligence, kind heart and compassion is what made her such a wonderful, unforgettable person. I consider myself so fortunate to have had the time I did with Angie. Her strength, intelligence, and drive to always do better, was truly remarkable. I will never forget Angie, she has helped me grow and be better in so many ways.
