At LHSC University Hospital on Thursday, April 20, 2023, George Andelfinger, one month short of his 93rd birthday.  Loving husband of almost 60 years of Roswitha Andelfinger.  Cherished father of David and Christine (Jamie).  Proud grandpa of Nicole (Jesse), Eric, and Jon.  Dear brother of Edeltraud Schmid (late Joseph) and brother in law of Jutta Kempter.  Predeceased by his brother Johannn (Hans).  Uncle George will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and their families in Germany.  Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Wednesday, April 26 from 6-8 o'clock.  Prayers will be said at 7:30.   Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael's Church, 511 Cheapside Street, on Thursday morning, April 27, at 10 o'clock.  Interment to follow in St. Peter's Cemetery.  Donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
