Peacefully and surrounded by the love of her family Carmela (Malacaria) Corbo passed away at Victoria Hospital on Saturday, December 3, 2022, at the age of 93 years.  Beloved wife of the late Vincenzo Corbo (1991).   Loved mother of Angelo (Marcia) and Nancy Corbo.  Cherished Nonna of Nicole.  Dear sister of Giuseppe (late Maria) Malacaria, Antonio (Cleofe) Malacaria, Lucia (late Enrico) Gamboso, and Frank (Carmen) Malacaria.  Predeceased by her brothers Vincenzo and Domenic.  Zia Carmela will be deeply missed by her many nieces and nephews.  Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street, on Tuesday, December 6 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. with prayers at 8 p.m.  Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, 345 Lyle Street, on Wednesday, December 7 at 11 a.m.  Entombment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Mary's Church Restoration Fund or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
