Passed away on Monday, July 12, 2021at Stratford General Hospital at the age of 67.  Beloved wife of Len Jolly for 52 years.  Loving mother of Krystal (Jolly) Miller and son-in-law Dave Miller.  Predeceased by her son Leon Jolly (2019).  Jane is survived by her sisters Susan Hartford (Lowell) and Rose House (Bill).  Predeceased by her brother Gayle Favalaro.  Jane will always be remembered and celebrated by many close friends and extended family.  Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.  In lieu of flowers donations in Jane’s memory may be made to Jessica’s House Residential Hospice.
