Obituary of Lynda Beryl Landers

Landers, Lynda B. Sept 14, 1944 to Feb 11, 2021 Heaven gained another angel of Feb., 11, 2021 at approximately 2:30 pm when Lynda B. Landers (nee Keown /Duguay) passed away at Victoria Hospital in London, On. She had a very short but painful battle with cancer causing her to leave us all too soon. Lynda was the daughter of the late George and Beryl Keown (nee Anderson). She was the beloved wife of Thomas M. Landers (Tom) who was her soul mate. Together they lived a technicolored life for 36 wonderful years filled with travel, wonderful friends and much love. She is survived by her cherished brother John Keown and Sister-In Law Judy Keown, and Sister-In-Law Colleen Attridge. Lynda will be lovingly remembered and adored by her daughter Catherine (Cathy) Storey, and was a wonderful Step-Mom of Brent and Tricia, and Mother-In-Law of Nicole and Dean. She was a proud Grandmother of seven amazing young people who she often referred to as “her hearts delight”; Lauren and Brittany Storey, Braeden Landers, Mackenzie, Mathew, Cole, and Justin Landers. Lynda loved her nieces and nephews Janet, Sharon, Chris, Lorraine, Timmy, Ann, Jason, Cheryl, Jacqueline and the many spouses and children. Lynda was a friend to many; always giving herself to anyone in need. She was devoutly spiritual and an absolute believer in unconditional love and forgiveness. She believed that our job was to teach only love and to shine the light. Her passing will leave a hole in many hearts. Many thanks to the nurses and palliative care team at LHIN, London VON and the staff at Victoria Hospital. As a result of Covid, we will have a celebration of life in the spring or summer of 2021.
