Obituary of Vincenzo De Sando

De Sando, Vincenzo Peacefully at LHSC University Hospital on Thursday, September 10, 2020 Vincenzo De Sando at the age of 85 years. Beloved husband of the late Adelina Sofia De Sando (2007). Beloved father of John De Sando and his wife Barbara, Joe De Sando and Rose Strano. Loving Nonno of Vince (Maria), Julia (Elton) Salvador, Michael De Sando, Adelina (Peter) Franco and Natalina Strano (Andrew) and great Nonno of Alessio and Gabriella. Predeceased by his parents Giovanni and Rosaria De Sando and his siblings Maria Concetta Colombo (Francesco), Bruno (Maria) De Sando, Isabella (Bruno) Predonzan, Palma (Tony) Perugino, Joseph (Concetta) De Sando, and Domenic De Sando. Brother in law of Anna De Sando. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins in London, Ontario and Italy. The family would like to thank all the staff of 5A North of Parkwood Hospital for their care of Dad, thank you to University Hospital 4th floor Medicine Team for making Dad's final days comfortable and soothing and Henley Place for taking care of Dad during his short stay. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, London on Sunday from 2-2:45 (time slot full), 3-4 (time slot full), 7-7:45 (time slot is full) and 8-9 o'clock (time slot is full). Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, 345 Lyle Street on Monday afternoon 1 o'clock. Entombment in Holy Family Mausoleum-St. Peter's Cemetery. Due to COVID-19 restrictions as per the Bereavement Authority of Ontario a limited number of people are able to attend each visitation period, Mass and entombment.
