Peacefully at home on Sunday, March 8, 2020 William John "Bill" Broome in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Mary (nee Clark) Broome for 65 years. Proud father of Michael (Maria), Terrance (Anne) and Thomas Broome (Kyong-Hee) and Anne (Tim) Flynn. Loving grandfather of Adam, Amy, Yuki and Billy. Dear brother of Dorothy Turow. Predeceased by his sisters June Froehlich and Ilene Hill and his brother Bob Broome. Uncle Bill will be fondly remembered by his numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the Doctors, nurses and PSWs for their outstanding work and support, especially Ray, Iris and Joseph. Visitors will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street on Friday, March 13th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 o'clock. Prayers Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be held at St. George Church, 1164 Commissioners Road West, on Saturday, March 14th at 10 o'clock. Interment to follow in St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to Sisters Of The Precious Blood London or Parkinson Society would be appreciated.
