It is with great sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Veronica on Thursday September 21 after suffering a prolonged illness. Veronica was in her 86th year. She will be remembered with much love by her brother Edmund, sister-in-law Sandy and brother Michael who resides in England. Veronica led a full life of travel and serving in her church community. She loved reading and reciting poetry. She was the go to person for information about Abrook family history. Veronica had many wonderful nieces and nephews, great nieces, nephews and cherished close friends who are also saddened by her passing.  We appreciate the care she received at Northridge Long Term Care Residence in Oakville. The Funeral Mass for Veronica will be held at St. Peter's Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue, on Wednesday morning September 27 at 10 o'clock.  Interment in St. Peter's Cemetery.   All who knew Veronica are welcome.  (John T.
