Obituary of Mariannina Anna Caranci

CARANCI Suddenly and unexpectedly at LHSC Victoria Hospital on March 22, 2008, Mariannina 'Anna' Caranci in her 69th year. Deeply loved and forever missed by her husband Antonio Caranci. Best Mom ever to her children Aldo and his wife Mirella, Roger and his partner Sylvie, Angela D'Oria and her husband Tony, and Dino and his wife Eliana. Also fondly remembered by Elizabeth Norris. Cherished Nona to Joshua, Jordan, Nathan, Jeremy, Nunziatina, Cassandra, Selena, Anthony and Stathis. Special friend to Roxanne and Dominique. Dear sister to Carmelina (Nicola) and Pina (Sabatino) in Italy and Salvatore Iavazzi (Darlene) and Agostino Iavazzi (Connie) in London. Remembered by many nieces and nephews and by her many friends. She will be sadly missed and never forgotten. Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street on Monday and Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 o'clock. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 345 Lyle Street at York Street on Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock. Entombment at St. Peter's Cemetery. Prayers Tuesday evening at 8:15 p.m. If desired, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, St. Mary's Church Restoration Fund or to the Italian Seniors project.
