Obituary of Giuseppina Clemente

CLEMENTE, Giuseppina

Peacefully at University Hospital, London on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at the age of 94. Beloved wife of Michele for nearly 75 years. Loving mother of Antonio (Elisa). Loving Nonna of Michael (Sarah), Sonya (Jason) and Bisnonna to Anthony, and Ella. Cherished sister to Giovanni (Michelina) Pizzuti. Dear sister-in-law to the late Assunta (the late Raimondo) Febbraro, Antonio (Madalena) Clemente, Livia (the late Giuseppe) DiNucci.  Predeceased by her sons Giovanni and Felice Clemente, parents Giacinto and Maria Pizzuti and her brothers Gabriele, Antonio, Fiorino, and Michele. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Giuseppina will always be remembered for her kind and gentle nature. She was the heart of our family, always putting family first and offering unconditional love. Her greatest joy came from her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Though we will miss her deeply, she will remain in our hearts always. Riposa in pace Nonna Pina. Sempre nel nostro cuore.

Visitors will be received at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street at King Street, on Tuesday, July 21 from 2-4 and 6-8 o'clock. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Church, 345 Lyle Street, on Wednesday, July 22 at 10 o'clock. Entombment will take in the Holy Family Mausoleum at St. Peter's Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers donations to St Mary’s Church Restoration Fund would be appreciated.
