Cora MacPhail (nee McVeigh)

Cora passed away peacefully on June 8, 2026. Devoted mother to dear son John. Beloved daughter of the late John and Agnes McVeigh. Loving sister of the late Patricia McVeigh.

Cora's quiet grace and kindness will be missed. In the final years of her life, Cora embraced the golden years and said they were the best years.

A private funeral and family graveside service, where a soloist piper played Cora's favourite hymn, "On Eagles' Wings," as Cora was laid to rest with family in St. Peter's Cemetery, has taken place.
