Drigo, Antonietta
Surrounded by her family, it is with heavy hearts and sadness that we share the passing of our beloved mother, Antonietta, on Saturday, April 18, 2026, in her 92nd year.
Loving wife of Vittorio Drigo (2020). Cherished mother of Louie (Christina) Drigo and Vicky (Mike) D'Oria. Adored nonna of Daniel, Michael, and Matthew. Also loved by Julia and Briana. Sister to (late) Fortunato and Rosetta Pipicelli, Angela and (late) Giuseppe Cavallaro, Maria and (late) Alfredo Mirarchi, (late) Gina and (late) Rocco Marafioti.
She cherished her family and all her friends and neighbours who became family. Our mother and nonna's greatest joy was caring for us, laughing with her grandchildren, cooking and baking, and filling our hearts with wisdom, comfort, and love that will remain with us always. We are grateful to Dr. Joanne Hammond, and every caregiver on 5BS Parkwood Institute for the extraordinary care they gave to our mother, surrounding her with genuine love, compassion, comfort, and doing everything possible to bring her peace.
Family and friends will be received at John T. Donohue Funeral Home, 362 Waterloo Street, on Thursday, April 23 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church, 345 Lyle Street, Friday, April 24 at 10 a.m. Entombment in Holy Family Mausoleum, St. Peter's Cemetery. Donations to 5BS, Parkwood Institute, St. Joseph's Health Care Foundation, would be greatly appreciated.
